Red wine made entirely from Tinta de Toro grapes. This wine is part of the younger generation of Spanish wines but retains all the traditional power and personality of Tinta de Toro. The strength, boldness and courage of youth are traits that characterize the traditional power of the Toro vineyards. DESCRIPTION

Varieties: 100% Tinta de Toro

Vineyard: Selection of old Tinta de Toro vineyards with low production, located on sandy soils with a high granite stony component and cultivated naturally. Harvest: Manual harvest between September 14 and October 6. Transport in boxes and small trailers.

Preparation: Spontaneous fermentation in 15,000 kg concrete tanks, without exceeding 24ºC with native yeasts. Malolactic fermentation in the same tanks. Wine with gentle filtering and non-aggressive clarification, to preserve its natural characteristics.

Aging: Two months of aging on its lees in concrete tanks.

Purple color with a large layer, which denotes its youth.

Nose:

Aromas of fruits, jelly beans and blackberry jam stand out, very well nuanced with a touch of licorice, which gives it spicy character and complexity.

Mouth:

Intense and powerful mouthfeel, with a very pleasant entry thanks to its sweet character.
