DESCRIPTION
VINTAGE GRAN RESERVA BRUT is a contemporary classic: a cava with an international profile with the attributes of long aging produced following the Traditional Method and Brut type. It is a vintage cava that settles in the memory for its elegance, complexity and strong character on the palate.
The Chardonnay, in a blend with the Xarel·lo, makes the difference in the tasting, providing creaminess and breadth in the mouth. As its name indicates, it is a millessimé, made in those years in which the grape is of excellent organoleptic and sanitary quality, and with the explicit intention that it express the identity of the terroir and the PERE VENTURA brand. VINTAGE is a deep and delicate gastronomic cava; fresh and balanced aromatic and taste expression.
Characteristics:
Grape variety: 60% Xarel.lo, 40% Chardonnay
Tasting Note: The long aging has given VINTAGE a straw-colored tone with golden reflections. It gives off a fine, persistent and integrated bubble, rising like a rosary to form a crown on the surface. Surprisingly powerful on the nose and very expressive, the aromas of yellow flowers stand out, combined with herbaceous notes such as fennel, characteristic of the Xarel lo grape variety.
Aging: minimum of 43 months
