Matarromera Crianza is a red wine from Ribera del Duero that has become a cult. Its first vintage, 1994, won the title of Best Wine of the World in an international competition of the International Wine Organization of Spain (OIVE). Since then, this 100% Tempranillo has been one of Matarromera's hallmarks. Keep in a cool place. It is recommended to serve between 14 and 16ºC.

DESCRIPTION

What surprises you about this iconic wine? First of all, the identity of the territory of the historic vineyards of the Matarromera estate, with limestone and clay soils and harsh weather with great thermal fluctuations.

This wine has the ripeness of the fruit and its aging in barrels. On the other hand, it rests in selected French and American oak barrels, with fine grain and soft toast, to fully respect the expression of the fruit. After aging, this wine Matarromera It goes into the bottle where it completes its aging until it is ready to be tasted.

A dark cardinal color with abundant violet tones can be seen. Very covered in layer, clean and shiny.

Nose

Aromas with intensity and complexity, where powerful aromas of very ripe black fruits stand out, such as blackberries, blackberries, cherries, and currants, in excellent harmony with spicy tones from clean wood aging, with roasted, licorice, coffee and vanilla.
