At Enrique Tomás we not only sell ham and shoulder ham in whole pieces or sliced at the request of our customers. You can also buy all the types of ham in our shop in individual formats or in convenient tasting packs of the different types of Iberian ham or combined with Iberian sausages. This way we don't have to buy a whole piece if we only want to try one type of quality or if we want to try them all without having to buy a whole piece. Moreover, when buying a tasting of Iberian ham, we can do it for ourselves or as a gift for someone special, as its packaging is the same as that used for the most select jewels, as it could not be otherwise. We explain our offer to you.
This tasting consists of three sachets with the three most emblematic qualities of Enrique Tomás ham: the Jamón Gran Reserva, the best non-Iberian ham on the market in the same category, the 50% Iberian Cebo de Campo Ham (Jamón Cebo de Campo 50% ibérico) and the 100% Iberian Acorn-fed Ham (Jamón de Bellota 100% ibérico) or commonly known as Pata Negra.
This tasting is in two different formats, both can be perfect gifts for oneself or for a friend, a family member or a professional engagement, as desired.
The three individual sachets come in a black Enrique Tomás gift bag with a small note explaining the three types of qualities.
The three qualities are collected in a magnificent book where they are accompanied by an explanation in 8 different languages. It is a wonderful gift that will leave the guest of honour open-mouthed.

In each flavour box you will find 4 sachets of sliced products of 80 gr each: Jamón Bellota 100% ibérico, Lomo Bellota 100% ibérico, Salchichón Iberico Bellota, Chorizo Iberico Bellota.
At Enrique Tomás we have our own pairing wine, in red and white, to accompany the Jamón/ham. Both wines have been created especially for us under our guidance and tutelage, so that they become the perfect dance partner for the best ham in the world. We have always corroborated what expert chefs say, and that is that the best accompaniment for ham is a fresh, light white wine or a cava or beer, because its acidity and bubbles cleanse the palate of salt to perfection and prepare it for the next bite. But we know that there are many fans of red wine, for whom no other pairing is possible. For them we have also found the ideal red wine, smooth and light so that it does not invade the flavour of the ham and vice versa. Who gives more?
In a wicker basket there are 3 sachets of 50% Iberian Cebo Ham, picos sevillanos, red or white wine pairing according to choice.
