One of the best representatives of the Spanish sparkling wine, cava. Produced in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia by a family winery very zealous of the quality of its wines, it combines the trilogy of varieties of Catalan cava (Xarel.lo, Macabeo and Parellada) with a small percentage of Chardonnay, which enhances its elegance.

Made using the traditional champenoise method - like almost all Catalan sparkling wines - it is enjoyed at around 10º and combines perfectly with aperitifs (molluscs, oysters), grilled vegetables and grilled fish. Cavas must be consumed throughout the year, without any further stays in the cellar.

Aroma: Intense, highlights the ripe white fruit, apple, peach from the vineyard. Citrus notes of lemon peel. Aniseed, fennel, hints of wheat. Butter, brioche. Oxygenation enhances the ripe aromas of apple pie, marzipan, toasted yolk.

Flavour: Light and fine

Vinification: the finesse and elegance of this vintage Gran Reserva has made it a classic among its addicted consumers. This Gran Reserva is aged in cellars for between 3 and 4 years.
