The Cava Parxet Brut Reserva is a Cava characterized by the Pansa Blanca, a variety of grapes typical of the Alella region. Varieties Pansa blanca, Macabeo, Parellada. Mechanical and manual harvesting depending on the characteristics of each vineyard. The winemaking process is done by pressing the whole grape and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. Ageing minimum of 20 months.
