It is imperative to use the right tools and acquire first the necessary knowledge to start slicing a ham.

This course is aimed at both, beginners in the art of slicing and those who have already experience but want to improve their technique. We will provide you with the ham, the carving tools and the apron, so you the only thing we need from you is your big interest and the willingness to learn.

The courses take place on Tuesdays from 10:00 to 14:00 h and from 16:00 to 20:00 h. If you prefer to learn on the weekends, it is possible on Saturdays from 10:00 to 14:00 in Barcelona subject to availability (find the link to both locations in Carrer Pelai 18, Barcelona)

What do I need to start the ham carving courses?

The day of the courses you shall bring your ID and the purchasing receipt. If you buy this course on our website, then you shall bring the purchasing receipt that you will get via e-mail.
