Every year at Enrique Tomás, we look for and sell the best quality on the market, and among the best hams, our experts find some pieces that stand out above the rest because they meet the requirements of texture, colour, aroma and exquisite taste, reaching absolute perfection to become a gourmet product, a delicatessen with added value. What is Glamurós Ham and why is it unique in the world?
Our quality team spends every year visiting drying sheds all over the Iberian Peninsula, searching for the best Iberian ham/Jamón ibérico specimens for our customers. Among many, we select only the best of all categories, those that are the best expression of their class.
And very occasionally, we call it one in a million, a unique piece appears. A Jamón that, without a doubt, is among the best of the best that can be found in the world. And we set those pieces aside, we take them to our cellar and there we pamper them in their last months of curing, until they are perfect for consumption.
When that day arrives, we take it to our best cutters and with all the respect in the world and with a knife, they remove one by one all the perfect slices only from the "maza", the most appreciated part of the jamón. And they vacuum-pack it at that very moment so that it retains 100% of the characteristics that make it unique.
We have been doing it this way for almost ten years. But until now we had not found the best way to showcase the quality of this Jamón.
And that is what we present to you today. The packaging we have designed is perfectly allied with the quality of the Jamón you will find inside.

Instructions | Remove the sachets a few minutes before consumption and wait until they are at room temperature. A very easy way to know that the product is ready to be enjoyed is when the slices are easily separated without breaking. This is the perfect moment when this product has regained all its nuances of flavour, texture and aroma. |
