Our supplier is Fincas La Gramosa. Finca La Gramanosa is elegant and harmonious, with an outstanding personality. It has a light-medium fruitiness with hints of green tomato, lettuce and almonds. In the mouth it is balanced and persistent, with a slight bitterness and very pleasant spiciness.
Ready for direct consumption raw in dishes or for cooking. Highly recommended for raw use for its delicious flavor, but perfect for combining it in any hot or cold dish.
