The Jamón iberico de bellota-ham from Extremadura is intense, elegant and very distinctive.
It is a very aromatic Jamón for the nose and for the palate. From the moment, we put it in our mouth, we can taste the diverse aroma nuances, it is like an explosion of flavours. Yet surprisingly this feeling disappears as fast as we finish eating it, the wonderful tasting experience makes us wanting to repeat it right away. You will identify it by the letter “E” in blue colour. The D.O. is Dehesa de Extremadura, referring to the big Dehesas-Pastures full of holm oaks and cork trees located in the region of Cáceres-Badajoz.
