The Jamón of Córdoba has a very special flavour, is not easy to forget because it remains long on the palate and throat. The flavour gets more intense as we keep on tasting it. You will identify it with the letter “P” in orange colour. The D.O. is Pedroches. This is the youngest area in the Jamón production and it includes the areas of Valle de los Pedroches, at the northern part of Córdoba.
