Jamón-ham from Huelva



The differences of flavours in the different origins are related to the climate, the humidity and especially the local production methodology used. In Enrique Tomás we have the 4 different origins available, known by their quality.

The ham from Huelva is intense and penetrating, a bit smoked, strong on the palate. You will identify it by the letter “J” in burgundy colour. In this case, the most commonly known name is Jabugo.
