The Paleta 100% Ibérica de Bellota, also known as a Paleta "Pata negra" is a product of the highest quality that we have achieved after a slow dry- curing process, all with the aim of obtaining a unique flavour that makes the palate enjoy appreciating the nuances of flavour, nuances that can only be obtained from 100% Iberian products. This Pata Negra comes from a purebred Iberian pig, native to the Iberian Peninsula, whose main characteristic is its capacity to infiltrate fat into the muscle, which guarantees that meat has such a special flavor and no other pig on the planet can achieve.

No preservatives, gluten or lactose.

100% Iberian Ham Shoulder - Pata Negra

Paleta 100% Ibérica de Bellota "Pata Negra" - Selection

These pigs are 100% Iberian breed, reared in the meadows that, during the Montanera-season, have been fed with acorns, wild plants and grasses, the final product of this animal could not be other than a meat with an exceptional flavour thanks to the infiltration of fat in the muscle, as well as the feeding and care to which it has been subjected. The Paleta Bellota 100% ibérica is characterised by its juicy nature, with a unique fat grain and a flavour full of nuances that, depending on the origin, can vary in taste.

The Jamón and the Paleta (ham shoulder) is the best ham in the world, a unique product of which we are very proud in Enrique Tomás.
