Aged in Sherry Casks previously bottled with 12 year old Pedro Ximénez.
Tasting notes:
Appearance
Amber topaz with golden rims, bright and very luminous.
Nose
Great complexity, spicy, with notes of raisins, sweet vanilla, honey, toffee and oak aromas.
Palate
Smooth and velvety with a certain unctuousness, quality and round, with notes of dark chocolate.
