In 1880 Harveys registered for the first time a Jerez wine called Cream. Since then, the Jérez wine brand was born, unique in the world. Appearance
Mahogany color, with glints of old gold.
Nose
Delicate, clean, fruity, fresh and aromatic.
Palate
Smooth, creamy, aged, clean, elegant, and harmonious flavor, highlighting the fruitiness of the PX and the evolved vinosity of the Oloroso as well as, to a lesser degree, the subtle aromas. Pungent due to its composition of Finos.
