This wine has been created especially for Enrique Tomás and produced by professional oenologists with the aim of achieving a perfect combination between a red wine and ham. The combination of the 70% granacha negra, 30% Syrah grape varieties gives it a balance of nuances. From the first, a black ripe fruit aroma, with an acidic, woody and slightly spicy background and from the second, a floral taste resulting in a fresh finish that cleanses the fat from the ham, but not its taste. So, we enjoy a good red WINE and a delicious Iberian ham without invading one another’s space in our palate.

This wine is born with the aim of fulfilling one of the myths of Spanish gastronomy: to achieve an ideal pairing of a red wine with ham.

Smell: From the beginning there is an aroma of ripe fruit that reminds us of blackberries and strawberries with a more spicy finish with notes of Mediterranean herbs such as thyme and a salty spot.
Taste: The entrance in mouth is fresh due to the notes of fruit and has a silky texture. When swallowing the wine we notice that it is balanced and pleasant to drink and makes us salivate. This makes the pairing with the ham excellent and makes us want to continue drinking and eating.
