According to the Dallas Morning News, the fancy ham shop and eatery will open its doors on February 12 at 2822 North Henderson Avenue, bringing the city its first jamoneros (ham slicers) and a new destination for tapas. It’s the chain’s first United States location, joining Enrique Tomas shops in London, Paris, Mexico City, and more global locales.
