This week's recipe is ideal to make a special dinner for yourself or to share with whoever you want. It is easy but original and full of flavour as it contains Iberian ham in the form of Jamón-shavings. If you are wondering what the shavings are and where they come from, you will find information in our webpage. The thing that you should know most importantly is that they come from the very closest part of the bone, where the slicing knife can no longer get into. They are no ham leftovers, on the contrary they are much appreciated parts of the ham. If you want to buy Enrique Tomás Iberian ham shavings, you will be buying a product handmade by our experts. In addition to using them to accompany culinary dishes, we recommend you try them in a sandwich, they will taste like Glory!
A dish that, as well as being delicious, complies with two rules that we at Enrique Tomás want to promote: speed and ease, so that you can enjoy cooking without spending too much time, and you can dedicate it to other tasks and pleasures if you wish.

Chop the bread into small pieces and place in a bowl. Add the shavings of Iberian ham and mix with the cheese.
Beat the eggs lightly in another bowl. Add a dash of black pepper, the mustard and the milk, and beat a little more all at once.
Divide the mixture of bread, cheese and ham shavings into the moulds, cover with the egg-milk mixture and leave to stand for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180 ºC and bake for about 25 minutes.
And the recipe is ready! All that remains is to enjoy your cheese soufflé with Iberian ham, a simple but very tasty culinary proposal.
