It is a light, quick dish with one of the most typical and emblematic ingredients of Spanish cuisine: Iberian ham/jamón ibérico. In addition, you can prepare it without using fire, in a simple way and with an excellent result. You will see that its appearance is exquisite and when you taste it, it will be a true delicacy, even for the most demanding palates.

Cut the tomato, onion and pickles into very small cubes and add the diced ham and whole capers.

Mix everything together so that it is evenly distributed and so that the flavors blend. Add the mustard vinaigrette to give it a more liquid texture and a more refreshing taste.

Place the tartar mold on the plate where you want to serve the recipe and fill it with the mixture resulting from the previous step and...ready!
