In this case, as we are in autumn, we are going to propose you to prepare a seasonal salad. We are talking about mushrooms, goat cheese and Iberian ham salad.
We have created a complete and elaborate salad that brings together delicious and high quality ingredients for the most demanding palates. In fact, we always associate eating a salad with something boring and obligatory, and this is not the case at all. A salad can be very tasty and appetizing if you combine the ingredients in the best way. In this way, we have chosen mushrooms, for being one of the seasonal ingredients par excellence, symbol of the rainy and unstable weather typical of this time of the year. We have also incorporated goat cheese, a product with an unmistakable and intense flavor that is the bane of many diners. And to top it off, we have Jamón Bellota 100% Iberico, our five-star ham, a 10 in quality and with which you will enjoy an incredible flavor in every bite. We add walnuts, hard-boiled egg and assorted lettuce, and that's it.
With these few ingredients we create this salad of mushrooms, goat cheese and Iberian ham, a most original dish that we could find in many Mediterranean restaurants. Let's see step by step how to prepare it!
Salads are always a hit and, in addition, they are an ideal dish to take to work or eat anywhere or anytime. Today we propose a salad of mushrooms, goat cheese and jamón ibérico.
Have all the ingredients ready to start preparing this magnificent salad: goat cheese roll, assorted salad, walnuts, Iberian ham, eggs and mushrooms.
Wash the salad, drain it and place it on the plate ready to add your gourmet ingredients.
Boil the eggs for about 8-10 minutes and cut them into small pieces to add to the salad.
Slice the mushrooms and sauté them in a frying pan for a couple of minutes until golden brown.
Add the goat cheese. If you want you can put it in the microwave for 20 seconds so that it melts a little and is more manageable and its texture softer and undone. Another option is to roast it around and around in the frying pan, it will be delicious.
Add the walnuts to your liking and place the slices of Iberian ham on top.
