We tell you step by step how to do it.
Choose the variety of ingredients you like the most to prepare this quince, jamón ibérico/Iberian ham and cheese roll. In this case, we choose whole wheat bread, which will make the dish a little lighter. Keep in mind that the ham will be the wrapper of the roll, for this reason, we choose our Jamón 100% Ibérico - Pata Negra, a five-star ham, with intense flavor and unparalleled quality. On the other hand, we also selected the Enrique Tomás semi-cured cheese blend, a cheese made from three different milks: cow, goat and sheep and cured for 90 days, a fact that will give it an exceptional flavor. And finally, the quince, the jewel of this recipe, a sweet seasonal product, ideal to put inside this roll, which will give you an indescribable contrast of flavors!
Let's cook a roll of quince jelly, Iberian ham and semi-cured cheese. An excellent appetizer for shared lunches or dinners. We tell you step by step how to do it.
Place all your ingredients at hand: whole wheat bread, Jamón Pata Negra, semi-cured cheese and quince jelly.
Start by flattening the bread to make it thinner and make it easier to roll all the ingredients.
Spread the slices of Jamón 100% Iberico evenly on a flat board, or wherever we are going to prepare the roll. It is important to place them without leaving holes in the middle and overlapping (as you can see in the image) so that the roll is perfect.
Place the bread, which we have already flattened previously, on top of the ham and add the pieces of cheese occupying the entire surface of the bread.
Add the pieces of quince on top.
Now it's time to roll it up! Do it carefully, taking all the ham from the bottom without undoing it.
