Scrambled Spinach with Jamón, mushrooms and eggs

This recipe describes a perfect combination of ingredients: spinach scrambled eggs with Jamón, mushrooms and egg, an original and delicious dish! Find out how to prepare it!

Revuelto de espinacas con jamón, setas y huevo

 3 Eggs
 900 g Fresh spinach
 2 cloves of garlic
 150 g Mushrooms
 100 ml Liquid cream for cooking
 Parmesan cheese
 olive oil
 Salt and pepper

Fill a frying pan with oil and put it on the fire to start sautéing the garlic cloves that you have previously cut into small pieces.


Add your selection of mushrooms cut in small pieces and sauté them for about 5 minutes, until they have lost all the water and start to brown.


Now it is time to sauté the spinach in the pan with the mixture for about 8 minutes, until you see that it has reduced sufficiently.


Pour the cream on top and add the pieces of Enrique Tomás Iberian ham/jamón ibérico, season with salt and pepper to taste. Keep in mind that when you add the ham to a recipe, we must reduce the amount of salt as this product already brings an intense flavor and a salty point to the dish.


Add the three eggs and cover the pan to cook everything for about 2-3 minutes, until you see that the liquid cream is consumed and the egg curdles slightly.


Remove from the heat and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese pieces on top. You will see that they melt and the mixture is delicious, just enjoy!
