On the one hand, we bet on the classic goat cheese salad in mini format. This type of salad is always a good option. Each cook has his or her own proposal and the combination of ingredients to prepare this salad can be infinite. It is typical to add fruits or nuts, ingredients that combine perfectly with goat cheese. In our case, we choose -of course- Jamón ibérico and pumpkin seeds. 

On the other hand, we add a new proposal: green asparagus with Jamón. Its preparation is simple and quick, you only have to roll a slice of jamón in each asparagus and fry it in the pan for a few minutes. The result: a very tasty dish with an original and eye-catching "preparation". 

Finally, we talk about the avocado toast with Jamón and cherry tomato. Choose the type of toast you prefer, our recommendation is to use a crunchy one. Add the avocado slice, a small piece of jamón and half a cherry tomato at the end - every bite will be a pleasure!

FOR THE GOAT CHEESE SALAD:
 1 goat cheese medallion
 mixed salad
 Pumpkin seeds
 2 slices of jamón ibérico
FOR THE ASPARAGUS WITH JAMÓN:
 5 green asparagus
 5 lonchas de jamón ibérico
FOR THE TOAST:
 3 toast (of your choice)
 3 jamón slices
 1 avocado
 Virgin olive oil and salt for all recipes
FOR THE CHEESE GOAT SALAD:

Place on the same plate where you are going to serve the salad, a handful of well-washed and previously drained mixed lettuce leaves.

Add the goat cheese medallion in the center. We recommend that you grilled the cheese "turn over it over" in a frying pan if you want it to be toasted on the outside and warm on the inside. You can also put it in the oven or microwave for a few seconds.

Add the slices of Jamón ibérico on top.

Add a handful of pumpkin seeds and season to taste with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Cut the asparagus in half, leaving the greenest part of the stalks. Roll a slice of ham around each one.

Fry them in the frying pan for about two to three minutes.
