One of the advantages of this dish, besides saving time in the preparation, is its healthy and light character thanks to the combination of ingredients. On the one hand, we have zucchini as a base, one of the recommended vegetables par excellence thanks to its high water content, antioxidant properties, and its high vitamin content. We also have mushrooms, a satiating food rich in minerals such as potassium or selenium and capable of flavoring endless recipes.
In this case, the differential touch is provided by Enrique Tomás Iberian ham shavings. The ham shavings are made with the cure meat of the ham that is closest to the bone and therefore its flavor is usually more intense, although it has the same health benefits as a slice. If you prefer, you can also cut a slice into small pieces. For this reason, this ingredient will become the star of the recipe together with the cured cheese, which with its powerful and distinctive flavor will round off the recipe.

Wash the zucchini and cut them into thin slices with the help of a fruit and vegetable peeler.
Cut the garlic into small pieces and remove the seed. Then, cut the mushrooms into slices and put them all together in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil to brown them.
When they are ready, add the zucchini and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir the whole mixture over high heat for about 3-4 minutes, before the zucchini begins to release the water.
