Our ham products are submitted to three quality controls before they are purchased by the customer. Thus, we are very much confident of its top quality; nevertheless, we are also much conscious of the personal taste preferences of the individuals, so that if someone does not like the product we will change it without any problem.
As specified in item 6 of section “Sales conditions”, find below our company policy of returned goods:
The customer has the right to return defective or non-compliant products. The client has 7 days’ time upon receipt to agree and accept the order or inform Enrique Tomás otherwise about the non-compliance or defect of the received items.
If the customer returns a defective or non-compliant product and the return is duly approved, Enrique Tomás will replace the said product with a similar one and will bear the shipping cost, in addition to the direct costs of the return, within maximum 30 days upon receipt of the said defective product. If the returned product is incomplete, or has been partially consumed, Enrique Tomás will charge approximately the customer according to the consumed part before reception of the new product. The above is without prejudice to the rights that client holds as consumer in accordance with current regulations with imperative character on consumer protection.
