 6 Radishes
 12 Cherry Tomatoes
 1 Apple
 Arugula leaves, spinach, endive or lamb's lettuce (whatever you prefer or a combination).
 8 Jamón Gran Reserva or Ibérico Enrique Tomás
 Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 Balsamic vinegar

Wash the leaves you have chosen for your salad (spinach, arugula, lamb's lettuce or endive or a mix of them). Drain them and add them to the plate where you are going to serve the salad.

Thinly slice the radishes and apple and add them to the leaf mixture.

Add the Jamón slices on top and dress the salad to your liking.
